Some time windows can not star for file missing and it happen by unfortunately delete any windows file or virus attract.But we can start our PC an alternative way by following rules-
1st start PC and when start immediately press and hold F8 button and we see a screen appear.From the screen we select"start windows with last known good Configuration" and press Enter.
95% times windows go back its previous situation.
